INFORMATION AND CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF ARTICLES. 13, 23, 26 AND 43 OF D. LGS. 196/2003

pursuant to art. 13 D. lgs. 196/2003 (the Act) and in relation to personal data in the SRL will possess FANFANI SRL please note the following:

1. Purpose of data processing
The treatment is aimed solely to communication of any offers and / or promotions and the dispatch of appropriate promotional materials.

2. Methods of data processing
a) The treatment is carried out by means of transactions or series of transactions listed in Art. 4, paragraph 1 letter. a): collection, recording, organizing, storing, retrieving, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
b) Operations may be conducted with or without the aid of electronic instruments and other automated means.
c) The processing is done by the owner and / or the processor.
3. Provision of data
The data may also be collected from third parties and in any case, the provision of common data, and sensitive records is necessary to carry out the activities referred to in paragraph 1.

4. Refusal to provide data
Refusal by the individual to give personal information in the case referred to in paragraph 3 makes it impossible to accomplish the activities referred to in paragraph 1.

5. Data communication
The processors may become aware of personal data and the data may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to all those persons to whom such disclosure is necessary for the proper implementation of the purposes described in section 1.
6. Dissemination of data
Personal data are not disclosed.

7. Data transfer abroad
Personal data may be transferred to real European Union countries and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1.

8. Rights of
Article. 7 T.U. gives the exercise of certain rights, including: • to obtain from the confirmation of the existence of personal data and their providing in an intelligible manner, • to have knowledge of data , the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the treatment, the identity of the owner and subjects which may be disclosed or who may become aware of as being responsible, • to obtain updating, rectification el 'integration of data, • to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, • to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data. These rights are usable against reimbursement of costs incurred by the exercise results.

Consent to treatment.

The undersigned is aware of the above information given in extended performance art. 13 D. Legislative Decree 196/2003, gives his consent to the processing of personal data (common, sensitive and judicial), including the possible transfer of data abroad, possibly collected from third parties, to enable the FANFANI SRL to serve the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 of this statement.
